Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password

For ArkHost Hosted Email service only. DirectAdmin email uses different access.

Troubleshooting

Can't login:

Use full email (user@domain.com), not just username
Check caps lock
Clear browser cache

Page won't load:

Enable JavaScript
Try Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
Disable browser extensions

Forgot password:

Reset via client area
