Open DirectAdmin through your ArkHost Client Area without entering separate panel credentials.
Open the panel
- Sign in to the ArkHost Client Area.
- Open the active web hosting service you want to manage.
- Select Login to DirectAdmin.
Each hosting service has its own panel access. The service must be activated before it can be managed.
If single sign-on fails
Use the exact HTTPS panel address supplied for your service, or contact ArkHost if it is missing. Do not construct a login URL from your website domain or server IP: it may reach the wrong service or fail certificate validation.
Use the DirectAdmin credentials supplied or reset for that hosting account if manual login is available. They are separate from your ArkHost Client Area password. Never ignore a certificate warning to submit a password.
