Hosted Email can synchronize email, calendars and contacts with compatible phones and applications.
Find the synchronization addresses
- Sign in to the ArkHost Client Area and open your Hosted Email service.
- Open the Setup tab.
- Find Calendar & Contacts.
The page shows separate addresses for Calendar, Contacts and mobile synchronization. Use the address supported by your device or application.
iPhone, iPad and Android
Add an Exchange-compatible account if your device supports it, then enter:
- Email and username: the full email address.
- Password: the mailbox password or an app password.
- Server: use the host from the mobile synchronization address shown under Setup.
- Domain: leave this empty unless the device requires a value.
Applications using separate Calendar and Contacts accounts
Choose the application's Calendar or Contacts account type and enter the corresponding address shown under Setup. Sign in with the full email address and password.
Security: If two-factor authentication is enabled, create an app password with mobile or Calendar and Contacts access and use that password on the device.
