Using ArkHost means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

If you use ArkHost, you agree to follow these rules. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

You must be at least 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. What We Offer

We provide:

• Web hosting
• Email hosting
• VPS
• Domain registration/transfer
• SSL certificates

Some services may have extra terms.

4. Payment

Payment options:

• Mastercard/Visa
• PayPal
• Bancontact/MisterCash
• Prepaid Credits

Some services cost money. You must keep your account and payment info up to date. We bill you automatically. Prices may change. All payments in EUR or USD. Taxes may apply. If you have a subscription, we charge you until you cancel. We can correct mistakes in billing. We may refuse any order.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site is owned by ArkHost or licensed to ArkHost. You can use it for personal, non-commercial use only. Don't copy or reuse without permission.

6. Don'ts

Don't use ArkHost for anything illegal or abusive. Specifically, don't:

• Spam or collect user info without consent
• Advertise without approval
• Harm our service or reputation
• Break laws
• Trick or harass us or others
• Misuse support
• Bypass security
• Reverse-engineer our code
• Upload viruses
• Impersonate others
• Overload the network
• Use bots/scripts to abuse the site
• Compete with us using our own content or services
• Remove copyright notices

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel anytime in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your paid period. Contact support@arkhost.com if you need help.

Refunds:

• No refunds for partial months.
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refund in the first 30 days.
• Setup and domain fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are at our discretion.

8. Suspension

If you break these terms, we can suspend or close your account, with or without notice. Using ArkHost for spam gets you billed €82/hour for blacklist removal.

9. Data Privacy

We comply with GDPR and Belgian law. See our Privacy Policy.

9.2 GDPR Rights

You can:

• Request your data
• Correct your data
• Delete your data
• Move your data
• Restrict use
• Object to use

9.3 Data Security

We use Imunify360, SSL, and encryption. No system is perfect.

9.4 Analytics

We use Umami for analytics. Data stays on our servers. No personal data tracked. IPs anonymized. Use Do Not Track to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

We're not liable for indirect or special damages. Maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 6 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover our costs if your actions cause us problems or legal issues.

12. Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to Belgian courts.

13. Changes

We can change these terms. Changes apply when posted. We'll let you know if they're important. Keep using ArkHost means you accept the new terms.

15. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you must:

• Give accurate info
• Follow the law
• Respect others' rights
• Keep your account secure
• Tell us if your account is compromised
• Don't use our services illegally
• Don't try to break our security

16. Uptime and Support

We aim for 99.9% uptime (excluding maintenance). Critical ticket response: within 1 business day. Backups depend on plan. Not guaranteed. We may compensate for serious outages, case by case.

17. Third-Party Services

We link to or use some third-party services. They have their own terms. Use them at your own risk.

18. Force Majeure

We aren't liable for things we can't control (natural disasters, war, government action, etc.).

19. WHMCS Modules Licensing

ArkHost offers WHMCS modules under annual licensing terms:

• License Duration: Each module license is valid for 1 year from purchase date
• Updates Included: All module updates and security patches are included during the license period
• Encoding: Modules are ionCube encoded for security and intellectual property protection
• License Renewal: To continue using the module after expiration, an active license renewal is required
• Single Installation: Each license covers one WHMCS installation only
• Support: Technical support is provided during the active license period

Modules will cease to function after license expiration. Contact support@arkhost.com for license renewals or technical assistance.
