Follow these steps to create a new email account using your DirectAdmin control panel on arkhost.com:

Access Your DirectAdmin Account
Log in to your arkhost.com DirectAdmin control panel using your account credentials.

Navigate to Email Accounts
In the E-mail Manager section:
- Click on the E-mail Accounts icon, or
- Type "E-mail Accounts" in the navigation filter box and select the option when it appears.

Initiate Account Creation
Locate and click the "Create Account" button in the top right corner of the page.

Set Up Email Address
In the Username field, enter the desired email address prefix (e.g., "my-first-email" for my-first-email@yourdomain.com).

Create a Secure Password
- Enter a strong password in the Password field, or
- Use the provided password generator for a secure, random password.

Configure Account Settings
- Set the Quota (storage space) for the email account.
- Adjust the Send Limit (number of emails allowed per hour).
- You can leave these settings at their default values if unsure.

Finalize Account Creation
Click the "Create Account" button to set up the new email account.
Important:
Copy the account details to a secure location. For security reasons, you may not be able to view the password again later.
Tips for Email Account Management:
- Use a strong, unique password for each email account.
- Regularly review and adjust quota and send limits as needed.
- Set up email clients or forwarding rules after account creation.
