DirectAdmin → E-mail Manager → E-mail Accounts
Click Create Account
Fill in:
- Username: email prefix (e.g., "info" for info@domain.com)
- Password: Create or generate
- Quota: Storage limit (MB)
- Send Limit: Emails per hour
Click Create Account

Default Settings

Quota: 100 MB (increase as needed)
Send Limit: 200/hour

After Creation

Save these details:

Email address
Password (won't be shown again)
Webmail: yourdomain.com:2096

Email Client Settings

IMAP: mail.yourdomain.com:993 (SSL)
SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com:587 (TLS)
Username: Full email address

Common Tasks

Change password: Click email → Change Password
Increase quota: Click email → Modify
Setup forwarding: Email Forwarders section
Access webmail: https://yourdomain.com:2096
