Access Email via Webmail Print

Access your email account through DirectAdmin's webmail interface.

Steps

Extra Features → Roundcube (or type "Webmail" in the navigation filter)
Enter your full email address (e.g., user@domain.com)
Enter your email password
Click Login

Direct Access

You can also access webmail directly at:

https://yourdomain.com/roundcube
https://yourdomain.com:2096

Common Issues

Login fails

Use full email address, not just username
Check caps lock
Reset password in E-mail Accounts if forgotten

Account locked

Too many failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.

Page won't load

Try the alternative URLs above
Clear browser cache
Disable browser extensions
