Important: This article applies only to email on DirectAdmin web hosting accounts. If you use the Hosted Email service, use the access information shown for that service in your Client Area instead.
Open webmail
- Sign in to your DirectAdmin account.
- Open the webmail or Roundcube link in the email section of the panel.
- Sign in with your full email address and the mailbox password.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that you used the full email address, not only the part before the @ sign.
- If the password fails, set a new mailbox password in DirectAdmin where that option is available.
- If you are locked out or still have no access, open a support ticket and include the mailbox address and the error you see.
