This feature is exclusively available for domains with Professional or Enterprise plans. While ArkHost Hosted Email provides the services, customers are responsible for ensuring the correct configuration and resolution of any issues regarding the service configurations for their users.
Accessing Your CalDAV Calendar
To access your personal calendar using CalDAV, follow the link below:

Accessing Your CardDAV Address Book
To access your personal address book via CardDAV, use the link below:
https://dav.arkhost.com/SOGo/dav/name@domain.com/Contacts/personal/
In both examples, replace name@domain.com with your email address. You will then be asked for a login username and password โ the username is always your email address.
Additional Address Books and Calendars
If your client supports "Auto Detection URLs," you can use this URL:
https://dav.arkhost.com/SOGo/dav/name@domain.com/
To find the URL of any additional address books and calendars, follow these steps:
- Access the Webmail.
- Go to the Address Book or Calendar section.
- Right-click on the calendar or address book of interest and select "Share item."
- A new window will pop up. In the "Show URL" tab, you will find the URLs for the protocols:
- CardDAV
- CalDAV
- WebDAV ICS
- WebDAV XML
Always authenticate yourself before accessing any URLs for additional address books and calendars. Currently, it is not possible to publicly share a calendar or address book on the web through ArkHost Hosted Email.
