This guide explains where to find an ArkHost WHMCS module's files and license details. Installation and configuration differ by module; use its own guide in the WHMCS Modules knowledgebase rather than applying another module's instructions.
Open the right module service
- Sign in to the ArkHost Client Area using the account that holds the purchase.
- Open Services > My Services and select the purchased module.
- Check the module name and service status. A pending or suspended service may not show the same resources as an active service.
- Find the License Key in the license details. Copy it exactly when the module's installation guide asks for it. Do not use your ArkHost password or order number instead.
If the service or license details are missing, contact support with the module name and order reference. Do not place another order merely to recover access.
Choose the download
For active services with configured downloads, the Module Resources panel provides Download Module buttons and a View Documentation link. Read the build label before downloading.
- Check the PHP version actually running your WHMCS website, not just the version installed on your computer. Ask your hosting administrator if you are unsure.
- If separate PHP builds are offered, choose a build compatible with that runtime. If one package covers multiple versions, check its README and requirements.
- For an ionCube-encoded package, the server needs a compatible ionCube Loader. If the module runs through the WHMCS cron, its PHP runtime and Loader must also be compatible.
- Check the module's supported WHMCS version and other requirements before installing. An older saved ZIP may not match the current guide.
If the expected button or compatible build is absent, ask support. Do not guess another download filename or install an incompatible build to see whether it works.
Install, update or move an installation
Follow the module-specific documentation and the README supplied with the package. Before updating, back up the WHMCS database and affected files. Preserve your customizations and do not deactivate or reactivate the addon unless its guide specifically requires it; some modules remove data on deactivation.
The license page may show its status and permitted domain, IP address or directory. If these do not match a planned server move, contact support before changing or reissuing the license. Do not repeatedly use Reissue as a general troubleshooting step.
For help, include the module, package version, WHMCS version, PHP version and exact error using the support checklist. Redact the license key, passwords and tokens from screenshots and logs.
