Enable SpamAssassin Print

Activate spam filtering for your email accounts.

Steps

  1. E-mail Manager → SpamAssassin Setup

  2. Click Enable SpamAssassin

Default Settings

Setting Default Value Description
Spam Score 5.0 Messages scoring higher are marked as spam
Delete Threshold 15.0 Messages scoring higher are deleted
Subject Rewrite [SPAM] Added to spam email subjects

After Enabling

Configure spam handling

  • Tag only: Adds [SPAM] to subject line
  • Move to spam folder: Creates spam folder automatically
  • Delete spam: Removes high-scoring emails

Adjust sensitivity

  • Lower score (3.0) = More aggressive filtering
  • Higher score (7.0) = Less aggressive filtering

Whitelist/Blacklist

  • Add trusted senders to whitelist
  • Block specific addresses or domains

Common Issues

Legitimate emails marked as spam

  • Increase spam score threshold
  • Whitelist sender address
  • Check spam folder regularly

Still receiving spam

  • Decrease spam score threshold
  • Enable "Delete high scoring spam"
  • Add spam domains to blacklist
