E-mail Manager → SPAM Filters

Block By: Select "Email"

Value: Enter email address to block

Click Block

Managing Blocked List
- View all blocked entries below the form
- Click Delete next to any entry to unblock
- No limit on number of blocks
Common Issues
Still receiving blocked emails
- Check exact spelling of email address
- Sender might use variations (info1@, info2@)
- Consider blocking entire domain instead
Blocking too much
- Avoid blocking common domains (gmail.com)
- Test with specific addresses first
- Review blocked list regularly
Important emails blocked
Check SPAM filters before contacting missing senders. Remove blocks if needed.
