DirectAdmin allows you to use SPAM filters to block emails from specific addresses. Follow these steps to set up email blocking:

Access Your DirectAdmin Account
Log in to your DirectAdmin control panel using your account credentials.

Navigate to SPAM Filters
In the E-mail Manager section:
- Click on the SPAM Filters icon, or
- Type "SPAM Filters" in the navigation filter box and select the option when it appears.

Configure Block Settings
In the SPAM Filters section:
- From the "Block By" drop-down menu, select the "Email" option.
- In the "Value" field, enter the complete email address you want to block.
- Click the "Block" button to add the email address to your block list.
Blocking Multiple Email Addresses:
To block additional email addresses, repeat steps 3a to 3c for each address you want to block.
Tips for Effective Spam Management:
- Regularly review and update your blocked email list.
- Consider using wildcards (e.g., *@spammydomain.com) to block entire domains.
- Use this feature in conjunction with SpamAssassin for comprehensive spam protection.
