Tips for Effective Stop Word Usage:
- You can add multiple stop words by repeating steps 3a to 3c for each word or phrase.
- To avoid partial matches, consider adding spaces before and after your stop word. For example, " free offer " instead of "free offer".
- Be cautious when using common words to avoid blocking legitimate emails.
- Regularly review and update your stop word list to maintain its effectiveness.
Note:
Stop word filtering is case-insensitive, meaning "Free" and "free" will be treated the same way.
Warning:
Be careful when blocking words that might appear in legitimate emails. Always test your filters to ensure you're not blocking important communications.
