Accessing Backups
- DirectAdmin → Advanced Features → BU-Backups
- View available backups listed by date
What's Backed Up
- Website files
- Databases
- Email accounts and messages
- Domain configurations
- Account settings
Restoring Backups
- Click Restore next to desired backup
- Choose restore type:
- Full account
- Specific domains
- Selected databases
- Individual email accounts
- Click Proceed with Restoration
Important Notes
- Backups are automatic
- Stored offsite for safety
- Check retention period with support
- Ensure sufficient disk space before restoring
Troubleshooting
No backups showing: Contact support
Restore fails: Check disk space, review error logs
Missing data: Backups may not include custom configurations outside standard locations
