Access Email via Webmail Print

Access your email account through DirectAdmin's webmail interface.

Steps

1. Extra Features → Roundcube (or type "Webmail" in the navigation filter)

2. Enter your full email address (e.g., user@domain.com)

3. Enter your email password

4. Click Login

You can also access webmail directly at:

• https://yourdomain.com/roundcube
• https://yourdomain.com:2096

Common Issues

Login fails

• Use full email address, not just username
• Check caps lock
• Reset password in E-mail Accounts if forgotten

Account locked

Too many failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.

Page won't load

• Try the alternative URLs above
• Clear browser cache
• Disable browser extensions
