Block Email Addresses Afdrukken

Use SPAM filters to block emails from specific addresses.

Steps

1. E-mail Manager → SPAM Filters

2. Block By: Select "Email"

3. Value: Enter email address to block

4. Click Block

Blocking Options

Managing Blocked List

• View all blocked entries below the form
• Click Delete next to any entry to unblock
• No limit on number of blocks

Common Issues

Still receiving blocked emails

• Check exact spelling of email address
• Sender might use variations (info1@, info2@)
• Consider blocking entire domain instead

Blocking too much

• Avoid blocking common domains (gmail.com)
• Test with specific addresses first
• Review blocked list regularly

Important emails blocked

Check SPAM filters before contacting missing senders. Remove blocks if needed.
