DirectAdmin allows you to manage your email filters easily. This guide will show you how to remove existing filters from your account.

Access Your DirectAdmin Account
Log in to your arkhost.com DirectAdmin control panel using your account credentials.

Navigate to SPAM Filters
In the E-mail Manager section:
- Click on the SPAM Filters icon, or
- Type "SPAM Filters" in the navigation filter box and select the option when it appears.

Select Filters to Remove
In the SPAM Filters section:
- Locate the "Block By" dropdown menu.
- Choose the filter(s) you wish to remove from the list.
- You can select multiple filters if needed.

Delete Selected Filters
- Click on the "Delete" button next to the selected filter(s).
- A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click "OK" or "Confirm" to proceed with the deletion.
Tips for Managing Email Filters:
- Regularly review your filters to ensure they still meet your needs.
- Before removing a filter, consider its purpose and potential impact on your email management.
- If you're unsure about a filter, you can temporarily disable it instead of deleting it.
Note:
Removed filters cannot be automatically restored. If you need a filter again, you'll have to recreate it manually.
